  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in marketing design, preferably for a B2B technology product
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent software
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and composition

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices in marketing design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual assets
  • Collaborate with UX designers to infuse user requirements and product objectives into aesthetically pleasing and impactful visual designs
  • Develop and refine visual assets such as icons, infographics, and layout structures
  • Perform visual audits and user feedback sessions to refine graphics, optimize design elements, and ensure visual coherence across all platforms
  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback aimed at improving design solutions
