Candidates must stay current with automotive trends impacting CDK products and utilize training resources to provide reference documentation.
The Sr. Customer Success Specialist is responsible for providing best-in-class customer service through product, workflow, and industry expertise. This includes answering advanced questions, providing value training to key stakeholders, and analyzing customer needs. Responsibilities involve developing productive working relationships with the CSM team, acting as a key business partner to provide proactive product-specific expertise, and identifying opportunities for product adoption and business growth. The role requires discussing and demonstrating product functionality, comparing product reporting to show improvement ratios, and guiding customers on best practices to meet utilization benchmarks. Additionally, the specialist will complete client training, consultation, and operational adjustments, resolve advanced-level blockers, and recommend best practices for routine sales and service processes. They will also grow their knowledge of the CDK suite of products and dealership operations, provide documented feedback to learning teams, participate in and lead scaled webinars, and collaborate with CSM Generalists to identify how product utilization impacts the end-to-end consumer experience. Consistent documentation of dealer engagements is also a key responsibility.
