Requirements

The candidate must possess 5 to 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a B2B SaaS company. A proven track record of owning revenue-generating renewals and driving measurable retention and growth outcomes with high-revenue customers is essential. Deep experience in negotiating pricing, contract structure, and multi-year agreements is required, along with a demonstrated ability to work independently and build trust quickly with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for forecasting and pipeline management is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Client Partner will take full ownership of renewals for high-revenue customers, driving all commercial strategy and execution, including customer-facing conversations around pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements. They will partner with Customer Success Managers to determine the optimal timing for renewal or expansion discussions and engage directly with senior stakeholders to manage and close renewals. The role involves identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with evolving customer goals, owning and delivering against renewal and expansion revenue targets, and providing accurate forecasts in partnership with Revenue Operations. Additionally, the Senior Client Partner will build and improve internal processes for renewals, expansions, and commercial playbooks, acting as a senior voice within the CS team to influence customer lifecycle strategy.
