The Senior Banking Advisor will proactively develop new client relationships and identify prospects, creating tailored marketing strategies for targeted outreach. They will manage sophisticated credit, deposit, and treasury management relationships for high-net-worth clients, family offices, and non-profit organizations, identifying and facilitating opportunities across investment, fiduciary, and wealth management solutions. The role also involves structuring and negotiating loan agreements, analyzing key loan terms, overseeing loan documentation, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, developing a network of Centers of Influence, leading strategic initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and balancing operational execution with strategic planning.
