A demonstrated understanding of various Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including partner-focused compensation plans, territories, and quota setting, is essential. Strong program management, collaboration skills, and a unique blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and tactical execution ability are required. Proficiency in SFDC reporting and Excel, along with a strong analytical background to identify anomalies, are mandatory. Excellent presentation and communication skills, the ability to work as a self-starter who is detail and process-oriented, and experience with Tableau are also necessary. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and change is crucial.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst, Global Alliances Operations will lead and manage Alliances compensation plan archetypes and the annual goaling process, while also supporting compensation team and field team escalations. This role involves leading and managing the Alliances ETM strategy, execution, and management, as well as territory and capacity planning models. Responsibilities include updating SFDC for Alliances headcount and role hierarchy, aligning with the Commission team for monthly and quarterly SPIFF rewards, and generating monthly/quarterly SPIFF rewards reporting for Alliance leaders. The analyst will also be responsible for plan performance reporting and analytics, providing recommendations for improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally with Data/Analytics and Business Architecture teams for reporting, data insights, and process documentation. Working with the Shared Services team to update process documentation and evolve tasks, participating in QBRs to ensure process alignment and provide future recommendations, and providing ad hoc operational support are also key duties. The role requires instituting best practices and scalable processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and streamlining, and aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive user experience for partners. This includes optimizing and prioritizing tasks, training shared services teams, and acting as a point of escalation for Partner Incentives.
