Candidates should possess a 4-year college degree in a related field, with an MBA being a plus. The role requires the ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. A strong commitment to managing projects across various functional teams is essential, along with a basic understanding and curiosity about Martech/Adtech, Consumer Data, Digital Marketing, and/or Media. Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply research meaningfully, such as competitive analysis or industry trend analysis, is necessary. Candidates must be willing to actively participate in meetings, possess excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail, and have strong written and verbal communication abilities.
The Analyst/ Senior Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for work stream tasks, output development, and delivery, fostering relationships with stakeholders within client, agency, and technology organizations. They will assist in coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings, and grow their knowledge of marketing technology systems, analytics frameworks, data strategy principles, and change management models. Additionally, they will support the development of deliverables, helping to synthesize client needs and disseminate information across internal teams for activation, while surfacing relevant research and aggregating key insights.
