Responsibilities

The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst will administer the compensation system to ensure correct plan configuration and accurate payment calculations. They will partner with Revenue and Finance teams for accurate commission calculation, payment, accounting, and reporting. This role involves fielding and resolving questions from Revenue personnel, identifying and delivering insights on plan effectiveness, and providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics. Responsibilities also include assisting with the development, implementation, and administration of commission programs and policies, maintaining documentation, supporting SOX compliance, and contributing to cross-functional compensation requests. The analyst will also seek continuous process improvements and support ad-hoc projects.
