This role focuses on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Lifecycle Paid Ads implementation and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns focused on key accounts (1:1, 1:few, 1:many, and customers) to generate performance and drive awareness and engagement, supporting the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with ABM vendor, Enterprise PMMs, Regional Marketing Managers, Marketing Ops, Sales, and Data Analytics teams to align with the overall strategy and synchronize targeted account lists, motions, and messaging.
  • Initiate, manage, and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to generate the most effective campaigns and assets across all marketing channels and educate the wider teams on ABM & Lifecycle paid motions, performance, and execution.
  • Work with other Paid Ads Managers and ad account vendors to cross-knowledge share and ensure best practices are maintained across all campaigns.
  • Define and analyze KPIs, enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with sales and lifecycle objectives.
  • Educate the Growth team on latest trends and clear insights on performance to enhance knowledge across teams and provide new ideas to facilitate growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B paid ads with at least 2 years of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM) paid ads/demand gen.
  • Tools: Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM tech.
