About the Role

Ignite Visibility is seeking an experienced and talented Paid Media Strategist to join our team. A successful Paid Media Strategist will have hands-on paid media strategy and implementation experience to effectively manage and execute paid search and display campaigns on Google, Bing, and other paid media platforms. You will effectively manage account setup and implementation, strategy, daily optimization, and budget while working cross-collaboratively with the SEO, Content, and Account Management teams to maximize a client's return on ad spend. Experience with franchise business or multi-location businesses is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic partner for our clients.
  • Initial campaign set up including keyword research, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search, display, and social media campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid media initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, optimization, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Consult on landing page best practices and copy adjustments needed to improve post-click engagement and conversion.
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising.
  • Meet or exceed project deadlines and budgeted hours. Communicate with the team proactively if deadlines or budgeted hours will not be met.
  • Keep track of all details on project status and next steps, and be able to report that information when requested.
  • Assist in building internal systems and protocols.
  • Communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects.
  • Demonstrate a drive to continually learn and grow in knowledge and skill of paid media.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to remain at the cutting edge.
  • Assist the sales team with presentations and proposal development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of paid media strategy and hands-on implementation experience with an emphasis on Google Search Ads (Google Ads).
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Universal Analytics 4.
  • Hands-on experience managing $20k+ monthly client campaign budgets.
  • Proven success with lead generation and eCommerce accounts.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with Data Studio or similar reporting tools with data visualization capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong Presentation Skills.
  • Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Attention to Detail.
