Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions into SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management markets. They must live on the West Coast, possess strong presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with technical stakeholders and executive decision makers. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, experience owning the entire sales cycle, and a consultative sales approach are also required. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or MEDDIC is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Specialist Sales Manager will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within their assigned region. They will be responsible for scoping, negotiating, and closing agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets. This role involves targeting and gaining access to decision makers in key prospect accounts, establishing and maintaining relationships with CIOs and CSOs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to drive engagement and visibility with target accounts. The manager will also capture and maintain prospect information using Salesforce.com.
