Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, finance, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience working with financial institutions and sales or go-to-market functions. Advanced skills in data visualization (Tableau preferred), Python, SQL, and AWS cloud infrastructure are essential. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, and end-to-end development of machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI is required. A strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, business principles in marketing and sales, and financial statements/metrics is also necessary. The ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams, presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders, is crucial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will create analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing teams, presenting these findings to various organizational levels using visualization tools. They will integrate data from diverse internal and external sources to develop a comprehensive business view, and design/implement scalable data pipelines using AWS services and Python for efficient ETL processes. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration of Python workflows with AWS applications, implementing business intelligence tools, applying MVP principles for solution refinement, defining market opportunities based on data insights, and reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics.
