Provider Support Specialist

Position Overview

Grow Therapy is seeking a passionate Provider Support Specialist to join our mission of making high-quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable. In this role, you will be at the forefront of demystifying complex systems, empowering patients and therapists with knowledge and choice. You will serve as a dedicated advocate for both our Clients and Therapists, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their journey with Grow Therapy. This position is crucial for troubleshooting technical issues, educating customers on our platform, and identifying opportunities for continued customer growth.

Work Shift: Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat.
  • Investigate problems to identify root causes and collaborate with Product teams to enhance the platform.
  • Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform, providing excellent customer service to our Clients and Therapists.
  • Act as the customer's primary resource and advocate, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their experience with Grow Therapy.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity, particularly in health tech.
  • A work ethic defined by kindness and empathy, prioritizing Customer Experience above all else.
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics, including daily conversation volume.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment and contributing to growth.

Bonus Points

  • A track record of at least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience.
  • Knowledge of how Insurances and Coverage work within the US Healthcare industry.
  • Basic programming or engineering skills and/or interest.
  • Education, training, or certification in a business- or technology-related field.

Compensation

  • Base Compensation Range: $45,000 - $48,000 USD per year.
  • Note: The final base compensation will vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
