Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Security Monitoring & Operations, possess excellent written skills for documenting incident findings, and be proficient in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PowerShell, bash, and Regex. Familiarity with static and dynamic malware analysis, web applications, APIs, Automation Playbooks in a SOAR platform, Splunk dashboard and search query development, EDR triage and analysis, and network packet analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark, ngrep, etc.) is required. Experience performing log analysis from various sources is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility with shifts and working on weekends, as well as providing coverage during US morning hours, is necessary. Desired skills include industry certifications like CEH, SANS, or others, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences Engineering, experience coordinating with multiple teams, and the ability to prioritize work effectively in high-stress, time-bound environments. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork abilities are also preferred.
