Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Information Security Analyst and experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes. They must be able to monitor security tools and systems, determine relationships between seemingly unrelated events through deductive reasoning, and identify ways to improve processes. Experience in maintaining secure baselines for devices and participating in an on-call rotation for security operations is also required.

Responsibilities

The Information Security Analyst will coordinate and respond to internal and external audit requests, working cross-functionally to understand processes and gather evidence for compliance requirements such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISMAP, and HITRUST. Responsibilities include tracking audit requests, analyzing data for trends and improvements, maintaining evidence repositories, and supporting other information security and GRC initiatives. The role also involves assisting with the deployment and integration of new security solutions and acting as an escalation contact for priority incidents.
