Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will assist Sales and Marketing management by utilizing communications and advertising materials to effectively present company products and services. This includes meeting with colleagues to discuss communication needs, researching and developing supporting marketing materials, and presenting recommendations to leadership. The role involves serving as a liaison to Care and Field Operations Departments, providing daily status updates on projects, deadlines, and performance. Responsibilities also include translating business needs into analysis designs, creating reporting to measure marketing program success, influencing cross-functional teams and external partners, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external marketing events, managing event budgets and timelines, and ensuring seamless event delivery aligned with brand standards and business goals.
