A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in field event marketing planning and execution within a fast-paced technology environment is required. Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing vendor-led events, roundtables, and local/regional 3rd-party tradeshows and conferences is essential, along with a proven track record of success.
The Sr. Field Events Marketing Specialist will serve as a tactical executor and strategic planner for SailPoint-led and 3rd-party regional field events across US East & Canada. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive field event strategies, owning and executing a portfolio of events, leading end-to-end event management from strategy to post-event evaluation, and driving cross-functional promotions to ensure event attendance. The role also involves designing and implementing frameworks to track KPIs and ROI, maintaining market intelligence on industry events and competitor activity, and managing event budgets while upholding brand standards.
