Responsibilities

Independently lead work streams, such as technical integration projects with customer/prospective IT teams
Provide on-site and/or remote pre and post-deployment support
Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, Launch, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer delivery and satisfaction
Support pre-sales activities, including customer demos and presentations, highlighting Ridecell’s value proposition
Triage, investigate, and escalate customer issues to the appropriate engineering teams for resolution
Identify and report gaps in the platform support structure and potential bugs
