Responsibilities

  • Independently lead work streams, such as technical integration projects with customer/prospective IT teams
  • Provide on-site and/or remote pre and post-deployment support
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, Launch, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer delivery and satisfaction
  • Support pre-sales activities, including customer demos and presentations, highlighting Ridecell’s value proposition
  • Triage, investigate, and escalate customer issues to the appropriate engineering teams for resolution
  • Identify and report gaps in the platform support structure and potential bugs
