Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Enablement, or related roles, with a proven track record of Procore product knowledge. A strong understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to develop and implement successful training and enablement programs are essential. Excellent presentation, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to translate complex information into engaging materials and a high level of initiative.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for GTM teams, including onboarding and ongoing training, and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align content with roadmaps and strategies. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining enablement materials such as product guides and battlecards, leading training sessions, keeping teams updated on product features and industry trends, and analyzing performance data to measure program effectiveness and identify training priorities. The role also involves managing cross-functional enablement projects, enhancing new hire ramp plans, and gathering feedback to refine programs and improve learner experience.
