Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Linux-based environments and experience as a sales engineer or customer success manager within the enterprise SaaS space, ideally in cybersecurity or application security.

Responsibilities

The Technical Enablement Manager will build robust relationships with leadership and teams in Sales Engineering and Customer Success, as well as the supporting enterprise ecosystem teams to ensure content, methodologies, and materials align with their priorities and processes. They will define the strategy/roadmap for Technical Enablement, manage competing priorities, develop demo methodologies and certification programs, partner with Product and Product Marketing teams, coach sales teams for continuous education, institutionalize knowledge, provide structured feedback, design optimal learning experiences, build and deliver technical onboarding programs, build technical programming into the LMS, track completion, and deliver technical training in virtual and in-person environments.
