Rula is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Patient Experience Team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end patient care journey, focusing on building and maintaining the patient portal. This central platform empowers patients to manage scheduling, billing, communication with their care team, and treatment plan tracking. Our work directly impacts patient engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
As a Staff Engineer, you will lead the design and development of high-impact, full-stack systems, significantly influencing the team's technical direction. You will collaborate with product and engineering partners to guide architectural decisions, ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. Beyond delivering critical features, you will mentor engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and contribute to Rula's engineering culture. Your contributions will directly impact how individuals access and experience mental healthcare.
