Requirements

Candidates should possess language fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, along with 4 years of technical sales experience in collaboration SaaS technologies such as cloud telephony, video conferencing, and contact center solutions. They should also have knowledge of traditional voice communication systems, network troubleshooting terminology (including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment), and an ability to create, present, and document technical solutions.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will serve as the main advocate and trusted advisor, interpreting business and technical requirements for customers and partners, understanding and communicating Zoom’s architectural advantages, and collaborating with Account Executives. They will also be responsible for monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, presenting topics clearly and concisely to audiences with varying technical backgrounds, and contributing to Zoom’s AI-first platform and its products like Zoom AI Companion and Zoom Phone.
