The Senior Telesales Agent qualifies prospects, attempts to close sales, and successfully handles consumer calls, which may require the use of an interpreter or TTY service. The role may also involve originating calls from leads. The successful candidate will understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, and begin to influence department strategy. They will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and work without direction, exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
