Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience buying Converged Television and Digital Video, proficiency in the video landscape including legacy and emerging media owners, strong organizational and mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask and deliver work on-time for set deadlines. They should also possess the ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively communicate within a team environment.

Responsibilities

The Specialist, Video Investment will assist with negotiation and placement of video buys, manage the execution of video buys ensuring schedules are entered correctly and updated as needed, ensure complete accuracy of buy details including budgets and guaranteed delivery goals, partner with trafficking/ops teams to ensure delivery of creative assets, assist with preparation of client buy overviews, support agency Upfront and Scatter negotiations, stay up-to-date on video marketplace trends, partner with the integrated media team to report on campaign performance, build and keep collaborative relationships with media partners, remain in constant communication with agency team members and clients, assist with development of industry POVs and thought leadership, lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues, ensure strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives, and perform other duties as assigned.
