Position Overview

NeuraFlash is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our growing Solution Engineering team. This role is pivotal in the pre-sales process for a variety of cutting-edge technology projects, primarily focused on Amazon Connect and other innovative solutions. Reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for demonstrating and creating value for NeuraFlash services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your contributions will involve building technical credibility through compelling demonstrations and creating accurate, competitive proposals for projects.

You will also play a key role in our product development efforts and Einstein Product Portfolio by providing valuable field feedback to our Product Managers. Our Product Managers, in collaboration with our Practice Leads, establish a best-in-class pre-sales process to drive high growth and penetration into key accounts within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers.
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
  • Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects.
  • Create compelling demos and deliver them to customers and prospects, showcasing the power of the Amazon and Salesforce platform and the value of NeuraFlash as a Consulting Partner.
  • Create and modify Proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and respond to RFPs in collaboration with the NeuraFlash delivery team.
  • Help maintain and update lead management, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to improve efficiency in customer sales responses and product improvements.
  • Learn about Salesforce, Einstein, and our AI products, and provide recommendations to customers and internal teams on leveraging Salesforce and AI to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery on project scope & estimates and execute our pre-sales process to the highest degree.
  • Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management to continue to advance our portfolio of AppExchange products.
  • Continuously ensure the highest possible level of customer experience.
  • Drive innovation in the areas of Amazon and Salesforce capabilities and AI in full partnership with NeuraFlash’s Amazon Connect and AI teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience selling CRM solutions/services, preferably within Amazon Connect.
  • Customer Facing Role: 2 - 3 years in a customer-facing role, with a preference for roles involving pre-sales or technical consulting.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts related to AI, cloud contact centers, and CRM platforms.
  • Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its various products is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
