Solutions Engineer

Position Overview

Qualified is the AI pipeline generation platform for revenue teams that use Salesforce. Our platform, Piper the AI SDR, offers a novel approach to growing inbound pipeline by engaging website visitors, capturing leads, and converting buyers into pipeline around the clock. As a Solutions Engineer (SE) at Qualified, you will be at the forefront of our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. Your role will involve delivering exceptional product demonstrations, contributing to product development through market feedback, and building scalable solutions for the GTM team. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Qualified Success Architects, and Support teams to identify and address gaps through collaborative efforts. We are seeking a high-caliber individual to capitalize on the significant market opportunity ahead, playing a critical role in the success of our customers and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase Qualified to prospective customers through world-class product demonstrations, including custom demos, discovery demos, and technical workshops (10-25 per week).
  • Become a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities, customer success stories, and best practices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, data enrichment, and other high-leverage technologies.
  • Own the technical discovery and qualification process for Qualified prospects and guide technical deal strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executive teams to identify customer business goals, needs, and pain points.
  • Provide technical responses to Security Questionnaires.
  • Author technical blog content highlighting Qualified capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by translating, aggregating, and representing product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Monitor industry news on technology products, partners, and competitors to maintain deep ecosystem expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished presentation style.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences while maintaining credibility with highly technical individuals.
  • Solution sales driven with a clear understanding of business value.
  • Proven experience in providing pragmatic solutions to complex customer requirements that lead to winning deals.
  • Comfortable leading platform presentations and demonstrations to large, diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Ability to effectively identify customer pain points, perform real-time root-cause analysis, and connect business problems to Qualified’s technical solutions, understanding technology value propositions.
  • Proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
  • Ability to perform well under uncertain, high-pressure, and high-impact conditions.

Bonus: Documented programming experience (frontend or backend programming languages). Apex is a plus!
