Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 6 years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present polished demonstrations are required, along with the capability to relate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates should demonstrate solution sales experience, a clear understanding of business value, and a proven ability to provide pragmatic solutions to complex customer requirements. Comfort in leading presentations to large groups and the ability to identify customer pains and connect them to technical solutions are necessary. A capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies, as well as the ability to perform under pressure, are also important. Documented programming experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will showcase Qualified to prospective customers through world-class product demonstrations, including custom and discovery demos, and technical workshops. They will become a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities, customer stories, and best practices while building a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and other technologies. The engineer will own the technical discovery and qualification process for prospects and provide guidance on technical deal strategy. They will partner with Account Executive teams to identify customer business goals and needs, respond to Security Questionnaires, write technical blog content, and act as the voice of the customer by conveying product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams. Additionally, they will monitor industry news to maintain expertise in the technology ecosystem.
