Requirements

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products, with a strong technical background and experience working directly with customers on technical problems. Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of software development and architecture are essential. Experience in identifying and scaling standardization patterns, along with strong empathy for customer, sales, and product teams, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical aspects of the sales process, provide bespoke support and architect solutions for technical customer contacts, and craft compelling technical demonstrations. Responsibilities also include creating technical enablement resources for the sales team, building self-service tools and documentation for customers, and identifying opportunities to productize common integration patterns with product teams.
