Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and more than 2 years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the data and AI domain. They should be proficient in data and AI technologies, with a deep understanding of data and AI workflows and best practices, and demonstrate a proven track record of successful technical customer engagements. Furthermore, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen currently residing within the United States.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, engaging with various stakeholders to educate them on the Shakudo AI platform and its capabilities. They will develop and optimize customer engagement processes, support technical aspects of sales engagements through proofs of concept, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition to post-sales support. The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on AI strategy, best practices, and end-to-end solutions, and demonstrating the Shakudo AI platform through system demonstrations and solution design.
