Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant work experience in a solutions consulting or pre-sales engineering role in SaaS, preferably with familiarity in PLG or PLS motions. A track record of successfully driving POCs and implementations of SaaS applications for complex enterprise customers is required. Proficiency in sales technology such as SFDC or HubSpot, along with experience in data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, APIs/webhooks, reverse-ETLs, or JSON is essential. Previous experience at growth-stage companies, particularly in developer tools or data analytics, is preferred. Strong presentation and listening skills are necessary, along with a solution-based approach to selling and effective sales process management.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will serve as the ultimate product expert and technical advisor to prospects and customers. They will partner with the account team to conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client requirements and desired business outcomes. The role involves leading prospects and customers in developing and validating solutions through POCs and pilot programs, as well as leading post-sales implementations to ensure smooth transitions and maximize product adoption. Additionally, they will develop and present customized solution proposals, design and deliver solution-based demos for complex use cases, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with product capabilities.
