The Senior Solution Consultant is a key role for experienced presales professionals who act as trusted advisors and strategic collaborators. This position involves owning the solution strategy for complex opportunities, working closely with sales, product, services, and leadership to shape deals, align stakeholders, and design scalable, mission-aligned solutions. Senior Solution Consultants also contribute to the team by coaching peers, developing assets to improve team performance, and providing field feedback to enhance messaging, processes, and products. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role that combines presales expertise with leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting, solution design, or architecture for SaaS or government technology.
  • Proven track record of independently leading discovery, solution design, and internal coordination for complex opportunities.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholder roles and agency priorities.
  • Ability to design modular, scalable solutions that align with product capabilities, mission context, and delivery feasibility.
  • Comfort in mentoring peers, shaping internal tools, and contributing to process improvements.
  • Fluency with CRM systems (Salesforce), collaboration tools (Teams), and internal documentation platforms.
