As a Solutions Architect aligned to a Sales Pod, you’ll work side-by-side with an Enterprise Sales Executive and Customer Success Manager to drive new business and grow strategic accounts. You’ll be responsible for crafting solution architectures, guiding customers through technical decision-making, and supporting long-term success through onboarding and optimization. This cross-functional role spans both pre-sales and post-sales activity, ensuring a unified customer experience from first interaction to long-term value realization.
