Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect experience, along with 2+ years of architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions. A passion for Generative AI and an understanding of LLM strengths and weaknesses is essential, as is comfort with Python and Jupyter Notebooks. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to various audiences and work in ambiguous environments, are required.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect at Cohere will develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions, serving as the trusted technical advisor and owning the technical relationship with stakeholders. They will create Proof of Concepts, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions, and provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere products. Additionally, they will identify areas for improvement, cultivate technical champions, and work closely with partners to develop strategies for customer adoption and gather feedback to enhance the platform, while also leading technical talks on customer calls and facilitating customer evaluations.
