Requirements

Candidates should possess 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Level 2 or 3 support agents, Technical consultant, or Technical Account Manager. Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, particularly those related to HR, is desired, along with project management skills and a good understanding of APIs and SSO configuration and troubleshooting. Fluency in English (US/UK) and a B2 level of proficiency in French or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

The Solution Expert will play a key role in onboarding new customers by understanding and documenting their use cases, translating them into 360Learning platform setup and configuration, and following their portfolio to increase product adoption. They will facilitate new integrations, restructure the platform, conduct solution audits, provide advanced guidance, support clients on basic requests through ticketing, and deliver Professional Services to existing customers. Additionally, the role involves owning a portfolio of +75 clients, answering client questions, supporting Customer Success partners, developing repeatable processes, contributing to the knowledge base, and working with the partner ecosystem to strengthen service offerings.
