The Solution Designer must have experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design, with a focus on system configuration and technical specification creation. They should be adept at collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and development teams, and possess a strong understanding of quality assurance and validation processes. Experience with Agile methodologies is also required.
The Solution Designer will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and design solutions for the Native Engine Country Build. They will configure and implement solutions, create technical specifications for custom development, and collaborate with development teams to ensure feasibility. Responsibilities also include conducting functional testing, supporting UAT, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable, acting as a liaison between teams, and contributing to product improvements and documentation.
