Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as a Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant. Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, particularly within the HR sector, is highly desirable. Strong project management skills are required, along with an understanding of APIs and SSO configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

As the Solution Deployment Manager, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover to handover to support, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. You will drive project management, define 360Learning platform architecture for clients, facilitate integrations (flat files, API’s) and 3rd party apps, guide clients through platform customization, deliver training, and provide technical expertise on integration and troubleshooting. You will also follow customer portfolios to increase product adoption, deliver solutions complementary to the product, conduct platform audits, and support strategic customers with professional services.
