Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in HR, Recruiting, or Project Management, with software project management experience being preferred. A bachelor's degree is a plus. Required skills include strong multi-tasking, time-management, detail-orientation, problem-solving, and risk-mitigation abilities. Proficiency in ticketing systems is necessary, and Salesforce experience is advantageous. Advanced MS Office Suite skills, including Project and/or Visio, are also required.
The Implementation Manager will lead and oversee simultaneous software implementation projects, coordinating client meetings and stakeholder engagements. They will follow Veritone Hire’s implementation methodology, adhere to project SLAs, and proactively identify and resolve implementation issues. Responsibilities include performing quality assurance checks, developing and executing project plans, conducting training sessions for clients, and overseeing the setup and integration of third-party modules. The role also involves demonstrating expertise in Veritone Hire's products, supporting beta testing, and maintaining project documentation.
