Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably within the SaaS or revenue productivity space. Strong understanding of enterprise sales and marketing technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms is required. Experience with complex system integrations and data migration is also necessary.
The Solution Architect will lead consultative engagements with enterprise customers, partnering with key stakeholders as a hands-on advisor to deliver substantial customer ROI. They will interact with technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. The role involves exhibiting insight into customer business challenges, sharing a comprehensive understanding of their objectives, and contributing to thought leadership and best practices. Solution Architects will take complete ownership of projects, drive business value and results through innovative solutions, guide and mentor clients and their IT teams, and document solutions through Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Information (RFIs).
