Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems/Solution Engineering or a similar engineering role is required, along with system-level expertise in CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers. Experience with networking switches for Ethernet/Infiniband and Data Center infrastructure (power/cooling) is also necessary. Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps technologies such as Docker/containers and Kubernetes is desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Architect & Engineer will work with NVIDIA’s AI Native, Consumer Internet, and Enterprise customers to drive the deployment of end-to-end technology solutions for data center GPU server and networking systems. This includes guiding customer discussions on network design, compute/storage, and supporting server/network/cluster deployments, often requiring on-site visits during the bring-up phase. The role involves demonstrating subject matter expertise, bringing customer-specific requirements to product teams, identifying new project opportunities, and collaborating closely with various NVIDIA teams to build custom product demonstrations and POCs. The position also entails analyzing and debugging compute/network configuration and performance issues to deliver performant clusters, and conducting regular technical customer meetings for product roadmap discussions, cluster issue debugging, and introducing new technology solutions. Occasional travel (approximately 20%) is required for customer visits and industry events.
