Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with Directory & Workstations, Tenant-to-Tenant, Active Directory & Group Policies Migrations, and Microsoft Entra ID including Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access Policies, and Connect Sync. A minimum of 5 years of experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity concepts is required, along with functional knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, management, administration, and advanced automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph are essential. Preferred certifications include Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), and Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC-200).
The Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based solutions, engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and assess application portfolios. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective strategies, providing expert technical collateral, and leading technical teams through development and deployment. The role requires ensuring cloud solutions meet security and compliance standards, implementing cost-effective strategies, and capturing best-practice knowledge. Additionally, the architect will stay current with emerging technologies, lead engagement teams, mentor consultants, and participate in the sales process by leading technical whiteboards, scoping projects, and presenting to executives. They will also review technical documentation, identify new engagement offerings, revise client deliverables, and identify future engagement opportunities. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for client interaction and coordination of implementation and migration projects.
