Candidates must reside in the United States and be willing to travel for company retreats. A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, business information technology, systems engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with 4-6 years of experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms and a proven track record as an integration or solutions architect. Experience with enterprise-level solutions like ERP, CRM, and Service Management, as well as integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, message queues), API management, and ESB technologies is necessary. Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Google Workspace, and Atlassian products, along with proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) is essential. Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, Apache Camel), containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, infrastructure as code) is required. Advanced proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform), experience with data modeling, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, ELK Stack, Datadog) are ideal.
