Responsibilities

  • Learn the Dialpad deployment methodology and the various tools used to assist customers during deployment
  • Learn how to assist Dialpad customers with integration, hardware, and technical needs
  • Work directly with customers and lead their deployment technical needs, with the help of the Professional Services management team
  • Host admin training sessions for customers, help configure integrations, support provisioning devices on Dialpad, and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Own the technical health of projects, leading the training, design, planning, and execution of Dialpad’s Professional Services deployments
  • Ensure happy clients are set up for success on their new communications platform
  • Partner with Dialpad Project managers to form a deployment team dedicated to customer success and project delivery
  • Research solutions to meet customer workflow needs and find solutions to client problems
