Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect in Pre-Sales/Sales from reputed IT companies
  • 15 years full-time education, including Engineering bachelor’s degree from premier Tier-1/2 institute, Masters, or Diploma in Management
  • Expertise in Solution Architecture, with proficiency in at least one Public Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in microservices architecture, digital decoupling, serverless architecture, private cloud, containers
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles and patterns
  • Experience with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, messaging systems)
  • Proficiency in at least one integration platform (e.g., SAP BTP Integration Suite, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform)
  • Strong understanding of delivery methods including Agile, BizDevSecOps, and estimation methods
  • Experience in deal shaping, client business case design, pricing, and commercial construct design
  • Exposure/experience in Cloud Stacks, Application Modernization, Cloud Migration (good to have)
  • Must-have skills: Cloud Technology Architecture (AWS, Google, Azure), Custom Technologies (Java/.Net)
  • Good to have skills: App Modernization, Cloud Migration, Microservices, Automation, industry domain knowledge
  • Strong business analysis skills and ability to exercise judgment
  • Excellent client focus, interpersonal skills for relationship building and team collaboration
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Keen eye for detail and eagerness to continuously learn

Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform
  • Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable, deliverable solutions underpinning client value proposition and business case
  • Support developing Integration SI solutions, support sales teams, perform opportunity triage, and act as sales support liaison
  • Coordinate with clients on solution details
  • Design and oversee implementation of integration solutions enabling seamless communication between disparate software systems
  • Interpret and translate client requirements into technology solutions with Cloud stack and offerings, driving client value
  • Lead solutioning of deals, collaborating with pursuit team, external partners, Hyperscalers, TPAs, etc
  • Review Opportunity Financials and present to Delivery & Sales Leadership
  • Participate in Client Orals and lead Due Diligence workshops
  • Articulate value proposition in proposal responses and client orals
  • Originate deals and help in deal closure
