Experience with and knowledge about the XA application is mandatory
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent team player that can handle pressure situations
Open to take calls outside office hours
Flexible to work in shifts and provide support for planned activities in weekend, month end & year end
Support for P1/P2 incidents on ON-call basis and any other planned activities/upgrades in weekend or non-business hours
Written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge in Infor XA ERP application is mandatory
Infor XA Module knowledge – CAS, EPDM/PDM, IM, MRP, PUR, PMC & PCC
Infor XA Powerlink knowledge
Infor XA Link Manager Knowledge
Infor XA System Link Experience
Infor XA Net link knowledge
Expertise in PCM upgrades and PTF installations
Knowledge of Job schedulers available in AS400/iSeries system

Responsibilities

Provides day to day support for XA integration installation projects, building new instances of applications and integrating with other applications
Provides support to user community
Analyzes and resolves complex business problems related to XA application processing
Interfaces with the 3rd Party Vendor when necessary to identify and correct application problems
Installs 3rd Party provided PTF (application fixes), PCMs and full application upgrades
Designs, prepares and executes unit and system tests to validate solutions
Completes documentation for all application and data changes per account SICS audit requirements
