  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on SaaS, cybersecurity, or GRC products
  • Proven success in leading GTM strategies from planning through execution with measurable business impact
  • Deep understanding of Security Assurance challenges and buyer behavior in mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, and enablement teams in fast-paced environments
  • Comfort working with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) to drive research, copywriting, and campaign building
  • Organized, highly autonomous, and excited by the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing product category
  • Strong command of security, risk, and governance buyer needs

Responsibilities

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for Security Assurance, including product launches, feature rollouts, and cross-sell motions to existing Drata customers
  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging grounded in customer insight, competitive intelligence, and product differentiation
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to influence roadmap decisions and ensure alignment across teams
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and enablement content that supports sales and customer education
  • Lead the creation of collateral and tools for new feature releases, competitive campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives
  • Build out core personas and segmentation strategies specific to security leaders, procurement teams, and GRC stakeholders
  • Measure and improve product adoption, campaign performance, and feature usage across key customer cohorts
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance research, copy development, and execution efficiency without compromising quality
