Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing communication campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Manage general paid media planning, execution, optimizations, and reporting
  • Drive product marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, messaging, and cross-functional alignment
  • Support the Website Refresh project, leading the content strategy and development to ensure brand alignment and increase user engagement
  • Collaborate with Product, Brand Studio, Fundraising, External Comms, and other teams across the Wikimedia Foundation to deliver innovative marketing programs that drive global growth and engagement
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing campaigns and assets
  • Manage external agencies (e.g. creative, media, digital) to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Enable a smooth handover and support the returning colleague’s reintegration after leave
