Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role, specifically handling complex, technical implementation projects within the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud fields. They should demonstrate proven ability to communicate effectively across various groups, including design, engineering, marketing, and business development, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in a client support and advisory technical role, such as a Solution Architect or Technical Account Manager, is a bonus. Fluency in English is required, with European language proficiency (particularly French or German) being desirable.
As a Services Delivery Manager at Snowflake, you will own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, leading key client projects through effective communication with project teams and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project goals and objectives. You will also manage client and project documentation, communications, meetings, and follow-ups, track infrastructure performance and service requests, continually seek to improve service delivery, prepare and present service reports to clients, create and implement relationship roadmaps, and identify areas for process improvements. Furthermore, you will work with stakeholders to implement and document service strategies, determine upsell opportunities, and serve as the client’s trusted advisor, while also assisting in creating and executing the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction.
