Position Summary

HackerOne is seeking a hands-on, mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development of platform capabilities that deliver customer value from aggregated data. This role is an opportunity to develop capabilities that provide unparalleled security insights by deriving intelligence from vast amounts of security data. The Principal Product Manager, Data will own the entire capability lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and go-to-market, ensuring HackerOne delivers highly differentiated customer value.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of applying normalization, data modeling, and artificial intelligence in cybersecurity.
  • Expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management.
  • Experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven capabilities.
  • Ability to evangelize the value of data-powered security insights internally and externally.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with Design & Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of HackerOne's data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Partner with Design & Engineering to apply strategic perspective across all cross-functional facets of the business.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration to discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on data capabilities.
  • Refine and mature existing HackerOne platform data capabilities, such as Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations.
  • Develop product experiences that customers and hackers love, including through the application of AI (LLM and ML).
  • Act as a subject matter expert via customer and prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in security analytics and vulnerability management.
