Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation, and digital analytics data management (previous experience in e-commerce preferred)
  • Deep expertise in web tracking, tag management, media measurement, and adtech/martech technology
  • Technically skilled and business oriented
  • Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery for mining and validating data
  • JavaScript expertise for configuring and debugging custom GTM tags

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end tracking infrastructure (web, app), ensuring precision, completeness, and scalability of analytics data
  • Design and maintain tagging strategies (web & app) and tracking technical specifications in close collaboration with developers and product teams
  • Oversee and continuously improve media tracking to support attribution modeling, channel performance measurement, and product analytics
  • Utilize SQL/BigQuery to mine and validate data effectively
  • Configure and debug custom GTM tags using JavaScript expertise
  • Work closely with analysts and marketers to define KPIs, ensure tracking alignment, and deliver measurement frameworks for campaigns
  • Translate tracking data into structured formats for downstream analytics, ensuring reliability for reporting and insights generation
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we capture and use user behavior and conversion data across touch points
  • Lead the integration and optimization of key tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Addingwell, Braze, Didomi, Amplitude). Ensure that tracking and marketing technologies are properly configured and aligned with business needs and data governance standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing ops to implement and QA tracking solutions across platforms
  • Lead and coordinate data collection-related projects, from scoping and technical design to implementation and validation
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple web & app analytics and tagging initiatives
  • Ensure effective documentation, knowledge sharing, and post-launch monitoring for all tracking deployments
  • Serve as the point of contact for tracking project delivery across marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Partner with marketing, data, tech, and product teams to ensure consistent data flow across systems and support key use cases
  • Educate and guide stakeholders on tracking best practices, implementation timelines, and the impact of changes in data flows
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, privacy, and compliance, including consent management and regulatory considerations (GDPR, CCPA)
