Position Overview

Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) division has a great opportunity for a (Senior) Territory Manager to join our team, covering the central London area. This role is responsible for revenue generation and growing market share within assigned accounts for the full EP product range, including disposables, software, and capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and grow market share within assigned accounts for the full EP product range.
• Develop strong, professional relationships across all levels of personnel to identify needs and opportunities within assigned accounts, understanding customer habits.
• Play an integral role in generating and sustaining new business.
• Be responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients in strategic target accounts.
• Deliver a market-leading customer experience to allocated accounts.
• Create detailed and documented business/account plans that provide sustainable business growth year on year.
• Leverage all analytical tools to monitor sales performance.
• Support Product Introductions and implement marketing strategies, leveraging clinical data.

Requirements

• University degree or significant professional track record in sales.
• Prior experience within complex devices sales, with EP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, demonstrable through cross-divisional collaboration and results.
• Understanding of the healthcare reimbursement environment to deliver value to the customer and develop strategic partnerships over the long term.
