The Territory Manager (TM) at SonicWall serves as an ambassador and trusted security advisor to SecureFirst Partners. The TM is a key part of the partner’s business, fostering strong relationships across various departments. The role focuses on driving business development, expanding territory and partner revenue, and increasing market share. The TM manages partner activities, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales training, sales/opportunity management, and compliance. They position end-to-end solutions, articulate strategies to partners, and develop relationships with partner sales teams to identify leads and opportunities. The TM drives the sales cycle, ensuring value messaging through techniques like SPIN and BANT, and collaborates with regional sales teams on specific topics. They coordinate regional sales operations, service, and marketing activities with local partners.
