Candidates must possess an associate's degree or 5+ years of end-user computer support experience. Required qualifications include advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, proficiency with virtual meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, and familiarity with video conferencing infrastructure. Experience with computer management software such as Ivanti, JAMF, or Intune, and expertise in troubleshooting LAN/WAN/WiFi are essential. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and M365 Apps is also required, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive being necessary. Experience in a scalable organization with a strong understanding of policies, procedures, ISSO, SOX compliance, and audits is strongly required. Desirable skills include experience with Apple Keynote, Google Workplace, Egnyte, Monotype, Adobe Creative, Zoom, Slack, Jamf, and Intune. Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, teamwork, analytical skills, and adaptability are also important.
The Senior Technology Delivery Analyst will provide day-to-day administrative functions and problem resolution for computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and applications that cannot be resolved by the enterprise service desk. This role serves as an escalation point for complex issues and resolves technical problems in a mission-critical environment. Responsibilities include participating in and contributing to new projects, compliance upkeep, infrastructure upgrades, and emergency response. The analyst will respond to after-hours and emergency support requests, troubleshoot problems using established techniques, and collaborate with other teams to resolve computer-related incidents promptly. They will create and respond to computer issue tickets, regularly update the ticket tracking system, and provide AD administration. Duties also include installing operating systems, applications, and peripherals, deploying security patches, and adhering to corporate standards. End-to-end troubleshooting of integrated AV systems, maintaining equipment lists, creating user guides and system documentation, and updating the asset management system are key responsibilities. The role involves providing end-user training, assisting with audit controls, performing advanced project work, and helping to write SOPs. Availability for daily onsite work and participation in an on-call rotation is required.
